Quiet practice

No sanctuary is required

Prayer in Saints of the Future is not a membership rite and not a gate. Sit with a quiet mind. Speak with your higher self. Keep these cards alone, or wherever two or three meet — a table, a field, a walk, the open air.

A quieting

The higher self

I still the noise that is not mine. I return to the spark I was given. I listen for the conversation already offered between this life and the divine — no intermediary required, no one seated above me.

Believe · receive · share

Two or three

This gathering is church

If we are two, if we are three — in music, in service, in conversation, in co-creation — we are enough. We do not wait for a steeple. We do not fund a monument in order to be near God.

Gather everywhere

Fore-giving

Faith toward the desired future

I do not freeze a wrong as the last word. I fore-give: I place my faith in the higher mind to organize life into a favorable unfolding. What seemed a permanent error is part of the reality I am allowing.

Forward faith

Personal tithe

The fruit of labor, multiplied

I set aside a tenth of my livelihood for my own future — craft, assets, the next venture — trusting the Creator to multiply it, so that when it matures I can help the person in front of me, not a pulpit and not a building.

Help, personally

Direct giving

To those in need

I keep discernment with me. Resources stay with men and women who share daily life. I give where I can see the need, rather than feeding a black hole of maintenance.

Give directly

Clarity

Emotion as compass

When a feeling turns heavy, I treat it as a guide, not a verdict. I change the thought that does not align. I hold a clear heart amid conflict, so the false picture can dissolve into the one I am called to keep.

Quiet mind

Dominion

Steward this path

I honor the body and calling of this life. I steward my own domain. I resist oversized systems that choke that stewarding, and I prefer the small association that actually serves.

Small over large

Children

A kinder recycle

I care for the children in my keeping, and for humanity’s children. Unique gifts are to be nurtured with an open heart. The future we make for them is the future that returns.
